Who are we?

Bilingual Community (BC) is a multicultural platform that provides employment solutions for people seeking great jobs, and the employers who need great talents. It’s founded in 2014 and based in Xi’an. BC is a multicultural company that was established with the goal of not only matching expats with Chinese companies, but also as a source of exchanging cultures and ideas between locals or expats, be they in or outside China. We are passionate about delivering the right fit for every hire and offering the best opportunity for job seekers to get hired in China.

There is something truly unique about BC. The capsule hostel has such a variety of different activities. Local people have the chance to get to know visitors from all over the world. For foreigners it's a great way to make new friends and discover the Chinese culture through locals. And the Chinese can find out interesting facts about the world outside China. We can say that almost all of us have the same dreams, like traveling the world and meet new people. And we can all have the same fears of going out there to explore the world.

About Xi’an

As a time-honored historical and cultural city, Xi'an has been regarded as one of the four greatest cities of the ancient world. In addition, with the longest history and most influence among its Chinese counterparts, Xi'an has been reputed as the cradle of Chinese people and civilization, as well as the representative of Chinese culture.

Xi'an was built 3,100 years ago and had been made the capital city for 1,200 years extending its influence through 13 dynasties. Xi'an has a wealth of historical sites and relics to visit and see. It is a great place to introduce yourself to Chinese history.

The city's most famous site is the Terracotta Army, one of the “eight wonders of the world” fully represents the profound historical and cultural deposit of Xi'an. There are many other famous historical interests here, such as the Greater Wild Goose Pagoda and the Bell Tower.

Despite the incredible history that Xi'an has, Xi'an is a modern city which enjoys superb traffic and location advantages. It has been a portal and traffic hub that connects Northwest China with other regions. Also, Xi'an is a city of advanced technology and outstanding innovation. In terms of comprehensive technological strength, Xi'an ranks the top in China. In terms of the percentage of adults (above 18 years old) who have received education, Xi'an also ranks first in China, which equips Xi'an with a strong cultural atmosphere—universities and museums stand in great numbers.

Xi'an is a flourishing city, old as well as modern. The high-tech development zone and the Qujiang New District demonstrate the modern face of Xi'an. Xi'an is famous for its rapid economic

development. However, it is a really cheap city in which to live. The cost of living here is very low in comparison to other Chinese major cities, so your salary really goes a long way and building up savings is easy to do.
