The first kindergarten was established in Beijing in September 2011.strives to
provide high-level pre-school education for children aged 2-6 years in sync with the rest of the
world. At present, there are 13 directly operated campuses and 10 management campuses across the country, totaling 23
campuses nationwide. SL is now looking for highly motivated teachers to inspire kid’s academic and
developmental growth, as well as be a part of a wonderful team/teaching family.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver curriculum founded on the school’s philosophies whilst following childcare
regulations and National Quality Standards
• Create positive learning environments using resources based on child-directed learning
• Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior
• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Undertake administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• 2 years experience working in an early years setting
• Confident working individually and with a team
• Superb organization and time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Visa requirements (as stipulated by the Chinese government):
• 120+ hours TEFL certification
• Bachelor’s degree
• Passport holder from a native English-speaking country
• Clean criminal record
